Q: Why can’t I place an order through the website?

A: Ordering through the website is no longer active. It will redirect you to download our brand new app either app store or google play. https://bysgforsg.sg/

Q: How do I know if my order is confirmed?

A: A notification will appear on your app to confirm your order has been processed.

Q: Can I still preorder through the app?

A: Yes, preorder are still ongoing through the app.

Q: Is it possible to add to my current order?

A: No, You are not allowed to add to your current order once order has been submitted.

Q: Can I order from 2 restaurants from a single order?

A: No, consumers can only order from one restaurant within a single order

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: Yes, there will be a minimum order required although it will vary depending on restaurants. 

Q: What are your hours?

A: Depending on your area and local restaurant hours, we begin delivering from 10:00AM to 10:00PM.

Q: What are your delivery fees?

A: Our delivery fee is a fixed $5.00 island wide.

Q: I need to cancel or change my order! How can I do this?

A: You can reach out by messaging the team through a direct message on Instagram or Facebook messenger or via feedback on the app.

Q: Am i able to customise my order?

A: Yes, you will need to add your comments in “notes” to indicate the restaurant to add or remove ingredients or whether you’re allergic.

Q: There are missing items for my order, what do I do?

A: Please send a photo of your order which has been received through a direct message  on Instagram or Facebook messenger, this will indicate what is missing. If we do not hear from you within an hour from the delivery date & time, you shall be deemed to have received order correctly.

Q: What if my order is late?

A: If your order has not arrived within the ETA, You can reach out by messaging the team through a direct message on Instagram or Facebook messenger or via feedback on the app.

Q: What are your payment methods for BySGForSG?

A: We Accept credit card/debit card payments

Delivery

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: BySGforSG delivers island wide.

Q: Can your driver deliver to Jurong Island? Do we need to apply for a Jurong Island Pass for him?

A: They can deliver to Jurong Island but they do need a pass applied for them to enter, so do make your orders early and make the appropriate arrangements.

Q: Are you able to deliver to Sentosa?

A: Yes, We can deliver to Sentosa although there will be an additional $6 charge.

Q: Can I request for contactless delivery?

A: Yes, you may request contactless delivery and we will advise our drivers.

Q: How long does it take for the food to arrive?

A: The delivery timeframe could be within 90 minutes but varies on location.
